Krishna is the promoter and Managing Director of Emkay Global. He holds over three decades of illustrious experience across multiples roles in the equity capital markets. In his current role, he mentors the Research, Corporate Advisory and Equity Asset Management divisions.
Krishna is a rank holder from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds the position of an Independent Director in West Coast Paper Mills Ltd.
Prakash Kacholia
Managing Director
A qualified Chartered Accountant of the 1987 batch, Prakash has a rich experience of more than three decades in the Capital Market. He is the Promoter and Managing Director of the Company and leads the Derivatives business and Retail expansion at Emkay. He has been on board of the SEBI Committee on Derivatives. He has also served as a Director on the boards of Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited.
