Krishna is a rank holder from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds the position of an Independent Director in West Coast Paper Mills Ltd.

A qualified Chartered Accountant of the 1987 batch, Prakash has a rich experience of more than three decades in the Capital Market. He is the Promoter and Managing Director of the Company and leads the Derivatives business and Retail expansion at Emkay. He has been on board of the SEBI Committee on Derivatives. He has also served as a Director on the boards of Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited.

Manish Sonthalia serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Emkay Investment Managers Ltd. He has over 3 decades of exhaustive experience in equity fund management and research covering Indian Markets.
A commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, Manish is also a member of The Institute of Cost and Works Account of India, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has completed his MBA in Finance from IISWBM. His research paper on Indian Markets ‘A Rising Consumer Class’, was published by the Global World Economic Forum in 2010. His views are frequently sought by leading Media channels in India as well as globally.

Sachin is a seasoned fund manager with over two decades of experience in the Indian equity markets. By virtue of his extensive research, Sachin realised early-on the need for a framework in which companies with evasively tricky standing needed to be filtered out very objectively, leading to the development of E-Qual Risk, EIML’s proprietary module which helps us to evaluate and compare listed companies on various aspects of governance.
